The concept means:

  • Unlimited personal training sessions – meaning one session a week or six you will always have a personal trainer with you every time you come through the door!

  • Each session lasts one hour but you may request a 30 minute workout or even wish to have an extra 30 minutes!

  • Every session you do is totally different so you don’t get bored of the same routine. We make sure every session is an enjoyable as possible!

  • Every session is pre booked which encourages members to come down as it is then set in their diary!

  • The booking system means you can book as many sessions in advance as you want, you can do the same sessions each week, or do one and then book your next or just call us five minutes before to book in, you may also come in and do your own thing if you wish but you will obviously get more out of a session with the trainer!

  • Training sessions run every hour all day long!

  • Each session is focused towards what you want to achieve as an individual so whether its weight loss, general fitness, rehab or even training for a marathon, you tell us what you want and it is up to us to make that happen, we will always train you towards your goals!

  • Will you keep it up? If you haven’t been for two weeks expect a call which always helps you get back into the training!

  • With members from 16 – 85 years of age it is a concept that is open to everyone!

  • Regular health appraisals – every 6 – 8 weeks we will monitor your progress, weight and body fat% and adjust the training or diet if we need to.

  • Diet and nutritional advice – Included is a diet and lifestyle plan so you achieve the best results possible!

  • Motivation – All trainers will be 100% committed to giving you, the member, exactly what you want!

  • Results – We want you to get results just as much as you do as this reflects well on us so we will do all we can to make that happen!

  • All this for the same price as any other gym!
