What is it?
It is a week long course (6 nights), that consists of various fitness activities throughout the day, from early morning hill walks / runs, circuit training, to assault courses and much more, all of which will be fun and challenging at the same time, we make use of facilities on the hotel premises as well as the local parks.
A specialised diet is also planned for you, giving you the right amount of calories at the right times during the day, all prepared and cooked by the hotels head chef.
On the first evening, you will attend the welcome drinks and de-brief where everyone will be weighed and measured and told about the itinerary for the rest of the week, this will be a good chance to get to know everyone on the fit camp course.
What to expect?
You can expect to lose up to ½ a stone, quite a few inches and improve your fitness levels, but you will also be educated on how to keep this up when you leave the camp and improve on your results. We will give you continued support when your week finishes a long with your very own diet plan to follow.
Where do we stay?
Our personal training gym is located at Pontlands Park Hotel, which is where the ladies fit camp will be held, the hotel is located in Chelmsford, Essex and will be your base camp for the week.
The rooms are large and spacious and will be based on 2/3 people sharing, however, very little time will be spent in the rooms!
What does it cost?
The Fit camps costs £899
This includes:
- 6 nights accommodation (arrive sun 3pm - depart sat 11am)
- Food, drinks and snacks
- 5 full days of a variety of exercises and activities
- Diet plan for when you leave
